Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Attendance and Punctuality are a must.
• Operates cash register as needed and makes change.
• Basic Math skills are required.
• Maintains customer satisfaction and health & safety standards.
• Promotes Taco Bell's culture and values.
• Provides constructive feedback to Team Members.
• Executes shift duties accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance.
• Coach Team Members and participate in training.
• Assist the GM in screening candidates and labor control.
