Taco Bell in Levittown, NY is hiring a Shift Lead to drive our team during peak hours. You will lead shifts with energy, coach Team Members, and resolve guest concerns to keep every visit outstanding.

You will work with the GM on business initiatives, ensure food safety and accuracy of orders, and support training, scheduling and inventory control. The role offers flexible shifts, competitive pay, benefits and opportunities to grow within Taco Bell.

Competenze

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Accessibility to dependable transportation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
