Taco Bell in Levittown, NY is hiring a Shift Lead to drive our team during peak hours. You will lead shifts with energy, coach Team Members, and resolve guest concerns to keep every visit outstanding.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Accessibility to dependable transportation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute MIC Success Routine to prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Provide feedback to GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist with labor management and inventory control.
• Support training of Team Members.
