Taco Bell in Wantagh, NY is seeking a Shift Lead to drive a fast-paced team toward Taco Bell standards. You will coach Team Members, execute shift duties, and support the GM in staff and operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of restaurant experience (3 months in a lead role), strong communication, leadership, and math skills, and a commitment to health and safety. Position offers flexible schedules and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Ability to manage cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Coach and guide Team Members and oversee Shift Excellence tasks.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist with hiring and training of Team Members.
• Support Profit & Loss by following cash control and labor procedures.
• Oversee food preparation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
