Job summary

Taco Bell in Easton, MA is seeking a Shift Lead to drive a fast-paced team, uphold Taco Bell's standards, resolve customer concerns, and coach teammates to deliver great guest experiences.

You will oversee daily tasks, ensure food safety, assist with scheduling, inventory, and labor, and work with the GM on initiatives to improve profitability while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience required.
• 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to move up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain a clean appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Provide feedback to GM on team performance.
• Train Team Members and coach for results.
