The role emphasizes leadership, training, cash handling, inventory, and health and safety compliance. You will support hiring, manage labor, and ensure fast, accurate food preparation while delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of handling cash and safety procedures.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy, coach team members and ensure Taco Bell standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations.
• Provide feedback to GM on team performance and participate in training.
• Assist with hiring, inventory, and labor management following policies.
• Oversee food preparation, rotation, and holding times; ensure health/safety compliance.
