Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking a full-time Shift Lead for a Burger King location in South Carolina. The Shift Lead supports the GM and AGM, overseeing a shift of Crew Members and ensuring fast, friendly service while maintaining brand standards and inventory control.

The role requires supervisory experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be 18+ and able to lift 25–50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase the restaurant team’s capabilities; Performs duties of the Crew Member when necessary.
