Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Shift Lead to drive energy and guest satisfaction, coaching the team and executing shift duties in a fast-paced restaurant. You’ll partner with the GM on business initiatives and uphold health/safety standards while delivering results.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and efficient operations, with flexible day/evening/late-night schedules and opportunities to contribute to store success.

Competenze

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.

Mansioni

• Lead shifts by executing the MIC Success Routine and meet guest needs.
• Oversee Team Members’ Shift Excellence tasks and maintain appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance.
• Participate in training and development of Team Members.
• Assist with labor, inventory and cash controls as needed.
