Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which can include early mornings and late nights.
• Follows company procedure for communicating time off requests.
• Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary.
• Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.
• Can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time.
• Climb a ladder and use a step ladder.
• Sit, stand, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean.
• Safely walk in between and around cars in the drive through lane.
• Safely use a utility knife.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and input them into the POS.
• Knowledgeable of all recipes and secret menu items.
• Knowledgeable of all stand processes and procedures.
• Take full responsibility for operations and energy of the shift: drink quality, customer interaction, speed, music, etc.
• Communicate with stand management about personnel, equipment, inventory levels, and operations.
• Assist the stand management team with training and development of team members.
• Collect payments for orders and correctly count back change to the customer.
• Prepare all drinks and premixes.
• Move with urgency to meet the customer’s time.
• Stay productive and proactive throughout the shift, even when business is slow.
• Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions, warm smiles, and positive body language.
• Know our menu and drink customizations; help customers identify and order their desired drink and offer suggestions.
• Present best self to work with good hygiene and appropriate dress.
• Familiar with shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores.
• Always clocked in and ready to work at shift start.
• Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and sanitation regulations.
