Job summary

Joe & The Juice is hiring a Shift Supervisor to help keep the heartbeat of the store alive. You’ll lead the shift, manage tasks, and support the store management team to maintain energy, standards, and guest experience at a high level.

The role emphasizes leadership, delegation, and a team-first mindset, with opportunities to grow across locations and roles in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise and delegate daily checklists using our task-monitoring system.
• Team Training: Support new juicers through our global training mantra: Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions.
