Joe & the Juice in New York is seeking a Shift Supervisor to keep the heartbeat of the store alive. You’ll lead the shift, mentor the team, and ensure smooth operations while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Ensure the DCWF is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise daily checklists, keep the store clean, safe, and up to Pink Standards.
• Team Training: Support juicers through Knowledge - Training - Practice - Validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Sales Focus: Monitor target performance, manage deliveries, and report accurately.
