Job summary

Momentum Enterprises in Norwood, MA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations for Launch Family Entertainment. This role oversees shifts, trains staff, and ensures a safe, welcoming guest experience with strong teamwork and high standards.

The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with pay between $20 and $22 per hour, plus benefits and ongoing development. Training is provided and advancement paths exist across Momentum brands.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and people skills; able to manage a team and connect with guests.
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and well-organized.
• ServSafe certification a plus or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Supervise, train, and support staff on shift.
• Monitor safety protocols and keep the facility clean and well-maintained.
• Make sure guests get friendly, responsive service at every touchpoint.
• Handle scheduling, reports, and inventory management.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Act as the link between staff and management, modeling Momentum's core values.
