Job summary

Momentum Enterprises is hiring a Team Member for Launch Family Entertainment in Norwood, MA. This part-time role focuses on greeting guests, issuing tickets and waivers, and sustaining a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere for families.

You’ll contribute to safety and fun by supervising attractions, hosting parties, serving at the Krave cafe, and helping keep the park clean and energized throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable for shifts.
• Friendly, high-energy attitude with guests including kids and parents.
• Food service or party-hosting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests, assisting with tickets, waivers and wristbands.
• Watching attractions to keep play safe and fun.
• Running birthday parties and events, games, food, the whole celebration.
• Serving food and drinks in the Krave cafe.
• Keeping the park clean, stocked, and running smoothly.
• Team up with court monitors and mascots to keep energy high.
• Opening, closing, and supporting the team as needed.
