Momentum Enterprises in Norwood, MA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations for Launch Family Entertainment. This role oversees shifts, trains staff, and ensures a safe, welcoming guest experience with strong teamwork and high standards.

The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with pay between $20 and $22 per hour, plus benefits and ongoing development. Training is provided and advancement paths exist across Momentum brands.

• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Ready to run the show? Launch Family Entertainment in Norwood is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and make sure every guest, kids and parents alike, has a great experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role: you'll run shifts, lead a team, and be the person staff and guests count on to keep things running smoothly.

Pay: $20–$22/hour

Schedule: Part-time & full-time, weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

What you’ll do:

• At least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• ServSafe certification a plus, or willing to obtain within 90 days
