Job summary

Momentum Enterprises is hiring a Team Member for Launch Family Entertainment in Norwood, MA. This part-time role focuses on greeting guests, issuing tickets and waivers, and sustaining a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere for families.

You’ll contribute to safety and fun by supervising attractions, hosting parties, serving at the Krave cafe, and helping keep the park clean and energized throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable for shifts.
• Friendly, high-energy attitude with guests including kids and parents.
• Food service or party-hosting experience is a plus.

Team Member - Launch Trampoline Park (Norwood)

Bounce, celebrate, and get paid for it. Launch Family Entertainment in Norwood is hiring for all positions, come run the floor, host birthday parties, and keep the energy high for every guest who walks through the door.

Pay: $15.25–$17.00/hour, based on experience Schedule: Part-time, we build shifts around you!

A day in this role looks like:

• Greeting guests and getting them set up with tickets, waivers, and wristbands
• Watching the courts and attractions to keep play safe and fun
• Running birthday parties and group events, games, food, the whole celebration
• Serving up food and drinks in our Krave cafe
• Keeping the park clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Teaming up with court monitors and mascots to keep the energy high
• Jumping in wherever the day needs you, opening, closing, and everything in between

You're a good fit if you:

• Show up on time, every time, and can be counted on for your shifts
• Have a strong work ethic and like being part of a team that has each other's back
• Bring a friendly, high-energy attitude and genuinely enjoy working with people, kids and parents included
