Job summary

Momentum Enterprises is hiring a Guest Service Associate for Launch Trampoline Park in Norwood, MA to welcome guests, process tickets and waivers, and keep the front of the park running smoothly including laser tag.

You will greet guests, handle payments, issue wristbands, and ensure safety and cleanliness across front-end areas. The role offers part-time hours, paid training, and opportunities for advancement across Momentum brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in cashier or customer service is a plus, not required.
• Clear, friendly communication with guests and coworkers alike.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and process tickets, bookings, merchandise, and gift card sales.
• Assist with waiver completion and verification.
• Handle payments and manage an accurate cash drawer.
• Get guests set up with wristbands and footwear before they jump.
• Coordinate and monitor laser tag to keep it safe and fun.
• Keep redemption, arcade, and front-end areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Handle opening and closing procedures and checklists.
• Report guest concerns, comments, or facility issues to your supervisor.
