Momentum Enterprises is seeking an Attraction Monitor for Launch Family Entertainment in Norwood, MA. This part-time role involves guiding guests, enforcing safety rules, and keeping jump areas orderly and safe.

You will monitor sessions, assist with safety checks, and respond to incidents under supervision. Training is provided, with a clear path to advancement across Momentum brands.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow a set schedule.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with strong communication.
• Comfortable interacting with kids and parents.
• Physically capable of bending, reaching, lifting up to 25 lbs, and standing long periods.
• Team player open to feedback and growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain rules, and check wristbands and safety.
• Monitor jump sessions and manage transitions between sessions.
• Complete safety checklists on pads, nets, and equipment.
• Keep jump areas, locker rooms, and cafe seating clean and organized.
• Respond to injuries by paging a supervisor and assisting guests.
• Carry a first aid kit, radio, and handle opening/closing checklists.
