Responsibilities

• Assist with or conduct daily operations and maintenance of MEP systems for the buildings.
• Supervise maintenance staff when applicable and monitor maintenance activities and projects.
• Perform preventive maintenance: replace filters, lamps, belts, bearings; inspect equipment; update PM program.
