Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting.
• Appropriate license/permit for trade as may be required (Journeyman/Master Electrician, etc.).
• May be required to have Universal Technician for CFCs depending on market licensure.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct rounds, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Monitor energy management and adjust equipment to ensure comfort.
• Perform safety inspections and enforce compliance with codes and standards.
• Document activities and report to supervisor.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with property management.
