You will handle preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, prepare monthly reports, and uphold safety standards. A high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of trade experience are required, with licenses and EPA 608

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related trade experience in commercial property operations.
• Proficient in operating HVAC, boilers, pumps and water systems.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance staff.
• Knowledge of energy management systems and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain MEP systems and general building maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate activities.
