Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is a people-centric fast-casual brand built around culture, not just juice. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll help keep the heartbeat of the store alive, lead the shift with energy, and support the management team to deliver great guest experiences.

You’ll mentor juicers, supervise daily operations, training, and standards, while keeping a sharp eye on sales and guest satisfaction. 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service and personal growth.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: ensure the Daily Concept Workflow is followed and provide feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise checklists and Pink Standards adherence.
• Team Training: support juicers with our training mantra.
• Guest Experience: lead warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback.
• Sales Focus: monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support store sales.
