Taco Bell Eagle Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead to drive performance, coach teammates, and run shifts with energy and high standards. You’ll resolve guest concerns and partner with the GM to execute business initiatives.

You’ll oversee daily tasks, ensure food safety and quality, manage cash and labor, and provide feedback to the GM. The role rewards leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to Taco Bell’s culture and guest experience.

Formación

• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Reliable transportation.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Flexible schedules and punctuality.
• Promotes Taco Bell culture and values.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts by executing the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing guest needs.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Participate in training Team Members and assist with screening candidates.
• Assist with cash control, security, inventory, and labor management.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
• Promote Taco Bell culture and values and provide constructive feedback.
