Flynn Arby’s is seeking a Shift Manager to join our outstanding team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain cleanliness and food quality across the store.

Lead and train team members, implement sales and efficiency strategies, monitor inventory, and collaborate with the management group to drive targets. Qualified applicants have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in food/hospitality and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in food/hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities
