Flynn Arby’s is seeking a Shift Manager to join our team. As a leader in the Food/Hospitality industry, you will oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier service, and uphold brand standards in our Chanute restaurant.

You will train staff, drive sales, manage inventory, and collaborate with the management team to optimize processes. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in the Food/Hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness
• Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality
• Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency
