Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, train staff, manage inventory and labor costs, and lead the team to achieve sales targets while delivering top-notch guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a Food/Hospitality role, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of food safety practices.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods.
