Ideal candidates have restaurant or leadership background, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is a plus.

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet Wingstop standards.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks to maintain efficiency during peak periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
