Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring a Shift Lead to supervise crew during shifts, coach team members, and ensure top-notch guest experiences at Wingstop in Nampa, ID. The role requires strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

The job offers a pay range of $16–$18 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for development. Availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet Wingstop standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain efficiency during peak periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
