Wingstop Shift Lead opportunity at Sizzling Platter LLC in Millcreek, UT. Lead and support Crew Members during shifts, coaching and guiding the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.

You will uphold Wingstop standards for food quality, safety, and presentation in a fast-paced kitchen. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet Wingstop standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain efficiency during peak business periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed.
