Responsibilities

• Maintain proper dress standards and wear a name tag and approved uniform.
• Present a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Maintain reliable attendance and follow call-in procedures.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and service issues.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with payment procedures.
• Treat all team members with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Follow and enforce food safety, sanitation, and handling regulations.
• Assist with employee scheduling and support operational needs as required.
• Lead, motivate, and direct team members while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Communicate effectively in English regarding safety, policies, job responsibilities, and guest service.
• Oversee restaurant operations and personnel in the absence of management staff.
