Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive food quality, service, and store cleanliness, and lead the team on the floor. The role emphasizes hiring, training, and developing staff while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

You will delegate tasks, monitor daily duties, complete paperwork, and participate in special projects to meet performance goals. This position may include 2nd shift and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous supervision experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food service experience preferred, ideally in a managerial role.
• ServSafe certification preferred or within 2 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, food safety and store cleanliness.
• Provide superior customer service to all customers and thank them.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of store employees.
• Motivate and lead Customer Service Representatives by example and delegate tasks as needed.
• Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner per management.
• Handle special assignments and projects as needed.
