Job summary

Qualifications

• Flex schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Regular weekend shifts; holiday availability may be required.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact warmly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and input into POS.
• Know recipes and secret menu items to ensure accurate orders.
• Lead shift operations, communicate with stand management, and supervise crew.
• Assist training and development of team members.
• Handle payments and provide correct change; ensure fast, friendly service.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and high product quality.
