Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with and coach team members on warehouse and vendor ordering processes, backups for deliveries, and pricing/signage accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and store appearance, including basic department pricing and signage.
