Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or key holder retail experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of inventory control and POS/cash handling processes.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management with required system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues.
• Maintains accurate cash and price changes, signage, and displays.
• Keeps inventory counts accurate and assists with backroom organization.
