Qualifications

• One year of leadership or key holder experience.

• Willingness to obtain/maintain PTCB certification or state pharmacy license.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Serve as liaison between management and team; communicate tasks when management is absent.
• Assist with training and personal development as requested.
• Ensure store systems knowledge and correct pricing and signage; support inventory and maintenance.
