• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops to the safe; provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Serves as a liaison between management and team members when store management is not present.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and stockroom organization.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and displays; supports pricing and signage tasks.
