Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience and Walgreens service traits.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and oversees pricing signage and local regulatory compliance tasks.
• Assists with backroom operations, vendor deliveries, and basic bookkeeping activities as requested.
• Ensures store cleanliness, proper stock rotation, and separation of food items when required.
