Bluebottlecoffee is looking for a Shift Lead in Boston, MA, to be part of the cafe's leadership team. The role involves leading the team to ensure exceptional hospitality and maintaining café standards. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and passion for coffee.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience or experience leading a team.
• Completion of Blue Bottle's Barista training within 90 days post-hire.
• Existing Food Safety Certification or will obtain it within 30 days post-hire.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift ensuring staff alignment with Blue Bottle standards.
• Provide training to new and existing team members.
• Assist in achieving business goals through great hospitality.
