Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Team Captain (Shift Leader) to run the floor, set the pace, and keep the Guest experience and quality high while coaching the team around you. Lead shifts from the floor, blend smoothies, prep Power Eats, and handle opening/closing, cash handling, and on‑the‑spot problem solving.

Our stores across 1,100+ units in 33 states and beyond rely on leaders grown from within. This role offers weekly pay with tips, real raises up to $1/hr, a free uniform and smoothie discount,

Qualifications

• Some food-service or retail experience, or leadership potential you’re ready to grow.
• Dependable, calm under a rush, and great with people.
• Comfortable coaching teammates and owning a shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts from the floor — direct the team, set the pace, keep quality and cleanliness high
• Blend smoothies and prep/serve our Power Eats food (flatbreads, chicken bites, oven)
• Jump on the register and into the rush when it counts
• Coach and train Team Members; model a "Guest comes first" attitude
• Own opening/closing, cash handling, and shift-level problem solving
