Job summary

Taco Bell in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Shift Lead to drive team performance, coach staff, and uphold Taco Bell standards during all shifts. You’ll manage operations, ensure safety, and resolve customer concerns to keep guests satisfied.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and collaboration with the GM to improve store performance. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist with training Team Members and with screening new hires.
• Assist with cash control, inventory, and labor management.
