Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a Shift Supervisor to keep the store heartbeat alive, leading the shift with energy, delegation, and team support. You’ll ensure smooth operations, uphold standards, and coach juicers to grow and shine across a fast-paced environment.

You’ll report to the Store Manager and focus on guest experience, daily operations, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high energy and a team-first culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Observe store traffic, assign tasks, deliver feedback to energize the team.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise checklists and maintain Pink Standards with safety.
• Team Training: Support juicers through knowledge, training, practice and validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example for warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets, manage deliveries, report accurately, support sales.
