Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

• Ability to handle cash, perform cash drops, and process transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including required system start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete returns, order voids, customer refunds, and provide change as requested.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage and assist customers to resolve issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom processes, including opening the back door for deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure pricing signage is correct.
