Job summary

PLS is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Austin, TX to lead a high-performing store team, deliver outstanding customer service, and meet financial goals. You will support the Assistant Store Manager and, in their absence, direct all team activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

The role requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Must be English fluent; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve store goals.
• Support Store Manager in day-to-day operations and supervision of the team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Coach CSRs to handle transactions with accuracy and service quality.
• Assist in scheduling, cash handling, and store audits.
