The position requires at least one year of retail management experience, recruiting and developing teams, and availability evenings/weekends/holidays. Base+commission salary offers growth opportunities within a dynamic, equal-opportunity environment.

Competenze

• One year of proven retail sales management experience.
• One year of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Availablity for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background checks.

Mansioni

• Assist the Store Manager in all store operations in their absence.
• Lead sales floor activities, drive targeted sales, and supervise merchandising and promotions.
• Oversee customer service, retention, audits, inventory and cash handling.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a successful store sales team.
• Ensure store safety and security, and open/close procedures.
