• Must pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in all store operations in their absence.
• Lead sales floor activities, drive targeted sales, and supervise merchandising and promotions.
• Oversee customer service, retention, audits, inventory and cash handling.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a successful store sales team.
• Ensure store safety and security, and open/close procedures.
