ModWash in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Key Holder to manage daily operations, drive membership sales and provide an outstanding guest experience. The role requires delivering mind-blowing customer service, educating guests on membership benefits, and guiding them to the best package for their needs.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team with opening/closing responsibilities, on-site maintenance, and a focus on safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and greet customers warmly.
• Actively sell ModWash packages and unlimited wash memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and membership options.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals and maintain site standards.
• Handle opening/closing duties and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Oversee productivity, breaks and safety of team members.
• Help ensure facilities are clean and presentable.
