Job summary

ModWash is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Chattanooga, TN to deliver outstanding service and drive membership sales. You will educate guests on unlimited wash memberships, help them pick the best package, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

You’ll work with a team, handle opening/closing duties, maintain equipment, and support safety and clean facilities while providing excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities
