Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant Leader to coach and develop Team Members on shift and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will enforce policies, supervise prep and service, and drive safe, efficient operations across opening and closing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or GED is highly recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitors prompt, friendly, courteous customer service.
• Ensures Church’s menu products are prepared and served per standard procedures.
• Ensures that assigned tasks and activities are carried out by Team Members.
• Assists Team Members to prepare quality products, provide service, and maintain cleanliness.
• Demonstrates proper procedures for Team Members to follow.
• Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
• Performs opening and closing duties as required on Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follows proper product procedures for preparation of all menu items.
• Manages receiving, handling, and storage of food products with proper rotation and icing procedures.
• Maintains professional and ethical leadership behaviors at all times.
• Ensures on-time attendance by each employee for shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
