You will assist with inventory, pricing, displays, vendor deliveries, and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience through proactive service and problem resolution.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year in leadership or retail supervisory role.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking.
• PTCB certification or state pharmacy license required.

Mansioni

• Open and close store in management absence, handle cash and start-up tasks.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops, and register adjustments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shelf readiness across departments.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and proper signage per local rules.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
