Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room readiness.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory counts, pricing, signage, and displays; supports warehouse and vendor delivery processes.
• Performs basic bookkeeping tasks (cash reports, counts, ledgers) and assists with store maintenance and compliance.
