• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and ensures registers balance.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues.
• Models customer service best practices for the team.
• Manages store keys, vendor deliveries, inventory, pricing, and signage.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and basic department rotations.
• Supports bookkeeping tasks and store maintenance as needed.
• Ensures compliance with laws on regulated items and performs bag checks.
• Communicates tasks between management and staff when leadership is absent.
