Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Handles returns, refunds, and cash drops; provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, answers questions, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store cleanliness, pricing, signage, and accurate inventory counts.
