Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Provides a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing per local regulations.
• Assist with register records and price verification, including voids and errors.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access when needed.
